Solar rep onboarding process

SolarCEO™ onboards new California residential solar sales reps over a structured 30-day window. The window includes Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) license safety-net provisioning, foundational training, daily roleplay, and AI outreach activation by the end of week one.

Week 1 — Foundation

Week 2 — Pipeline activation

Week 3 — First in-person/virtual appointment

Week 4 — First close

The 30-day deadline

HIS license enforcement is strict. Reps who have not produced a valid HIS license number by day 30 are deactivated. The safety-net program lets you start working while your application is in flight; it does not waive the requirement.

What if I already have my HIS license?

You skip the safety-net step and activate immediately. The rest of the 30-day plan is the same.

Can I onboard while still working another job?

You can, but reps who treat the first 30 days as full-time ramp materially faster than reps splitting attention.
