SolarCEO™ ships every rep two layers of AI voice support: a Personal Virtual Agent (PVA) — a configurable in-app persona (Carlos by default) that runs the rep's pipeline — and Kate, the live Retell bridge-call agent that dials leads and patches the rep into a connected conversation in under 60 seconds.
The PVA is the rep's asynchronous coach and dispatcher. It watches the pipeline, identifies the next-best lead, runs nurture cadences, drafts follow-ups, and decides when to dispatch Kate for a live bridge call. The PVA never speaks to a lead live — it sets up the conversation. Reps can choose the PVA persona (Carlos, Sofia, etc.) and swap it at any time; the underlying coaching engine is the same.
Kate is the speed-to-lead engine. When a new inbound lead comes in, Kate dials within seconds, qualifies in plain English, and bridges the connected lead to the rep in under 60 seconds. Speed-to-lead under 60 seconds is the single largest non-quality factor in close rate.
A single system that both runs pipeline strategy and handles live calls ends up doing neither well. Separating dispatch (the PVA) from live execution (Kate) lets each stay tightly scoped, which is what makes them reliable enough to trust with real pipeline.
Sarah handles CEAG homeowner lead nurturing (consumer-facing). Riley is the SolarCEO recruiter agent for prospective reps. Marcus is the agentic admin assistant for squad leaders (in-app, not voice). All voice agents share the same compliance guardrails: Pacific Time send windows, no Sunday outbound, and a hard prohibition on collecting email addresses over voice.
Kate identifies as an assistant when asked and is built to hand off to a human rep quickly. The goal is connection, not deception.
Each Retell agent has a dedicated phone number to keep deliverability and CNAM clean. Numbers are shared at the agent level, not the rep level.
Yes. Reps can pause their PVA and Kate at any time. The CRM continues to work normally without them.
